Baby Paige - Brisbane Baby Photographer

It was a perfect day for a photoshoot, an overcast but comfortable May morning making for a gorgeous family photoshoot in the Studio Gardens.

Baby Paige was the third re-scheduled photoshoot after the Covid delays, meaning she was just on 2 months old at her photoshoot.

One of the beautiful things about this age is that babies are starting to smile a lot more, as you can see in this family photo, how happy she is snuggled into her dad's chest with mum right beside her.

The outdoor photoshoots are becoming a really lovely inclusion for baby photoshoots, the lush gardens and relaxed, casual connection between family members making for gorgeous images.

My favourite egg chair came into this session as well, a special pink toned set of Paige and her mum. I just love how the colours come together with her pink cheeks and cute jumper! I also love the pop of colour we bring into the outdoor photos as well with my favourite crochet blanket.

To finish the photoshoot we popped into the studio for the last few sets. This is one of the great things about the studio here, we have the private outdoor gardens right on site with the studio available as well. With the changes in how studios operate during this pandemic, we are doing what we can to limit time in enclosed spaces, which is why as much of the photoshoot that can be done outside, is done outside, then finished in studio so that families can still enjoy the gorgeous images like this family circular photo that I take at all newborn and baby sessions.

Paige also had a couple of personal items to include in her photoshoot, this beautiful crochet blanket that made her gorgeous blue eyes sparkle.

Plus a sweet little knitted cardigan that teamed perfectly with a bonnet from my prop collection, also knitted by a loving grandma.

I love the neutrals and she had this cute little doll with her as well, so it was just natural to tuck the two cuties into a blanket together.

The last photos I capture at every session are the close up details, the hands, toes and baby eyelashes. Now, you might have to steel your self here because Paige has some of the most amazing baby eyelashes I have seen in a while!

If we had eyelashes like this, people would ask where we had them done!
